Carley Nadine is a Toronto based Certified Holistic Nutritionist ,Wellness Educator and real food advocate. She believes that health involves SO much more than just nutritious food and supplements-such as mindfulness, connection with nature, community and a toxic free lifestyle. Her goal is to educate and empower those to live a happy, balanced and abundant life.


My Story

Six years ago, I was dealing with digestive issues, irregular periods, acne, extreme anxiety and an eating disorder. My “healthy diet” mainly consisted of Diet Coke, egg whites and protein bars. My hair wasn’t growing, my nails were brittle, I had terrible acne on my face, jaw line and back, I had constant headaches and I was always tired.  I felt physically, mentally and emotionally drained. Like many people, I didn’t understand what truly nutritious food was, and I felt a lot of anxiety around eating.

I became vegan, I tried cutting out wheat and other food groups. I started to feel better, but I knew I needed guidance. This led me to pursue a career as a holistic nutritionist. I became incredibly passionate about food, sustainable agriculture and holistic health. Once I started school, I decided to focus on whole foods instead of a restrictive diet. I began to heal myself through food and lifestyle.

For the first time in my life I have found balance. I don’t have a label for what I eat - no diets or extreme restrictions. I just eat real food. There are no rules, anxieties or negative thoughts when planning meals. I feel nourished and more alive. I have more energy, my digestion is better, my headaches are gone, my skin is clearer, brighter and I get fewer breakouts even when I’m hormonal.

A whole foods diet was right for me. I’ve learned to listen to my body and I know what makes me feel best. I want to help others achieve the same.
