Hello! I’m Carley.

I show busy professional women over 35 how to reduce anxiety so they can focus, stop overthinking, and feel like themselves again.

My Story

I know what it’s like when anxiety quietly takes the lead, shaping your days even though everything looks fine on the outside.

The constant overthinking.
The sleepless nights.
The energy crashes that make it hard to focus or feel like yourself.

For years, I tried to manage it with diets, exercise, and rigid routines. On the outside, I looked like I had it together. On the inside, I was anxious, scattered, and exhausted.

In my late 20s, I went back to school and became a Holistic Nutritionist. For a while, it felt like I had found the answer. My anxiety eased. My energy came back. I thought I had it figured out.
It helped, but it wasn’t the whole picture.

After my divorce in 2021, my anxiety reached a level I had never experienced before. My mind felt scattered. I couldn’t sleep, my period disappeared, and I could go from functioning to panic in minutes.

And as a holistic nutritionist, I was doing everything I knew how to do. Nothing helped. The harder I tried to control it, the worse it became.

What I didn’t realize was that I was stepping into early perimenopause. My anxiety wasn’t random. My hormones were shifting at the exact moment my system was already overloaded.

Once I understood how those changes affect mood, sleep, and stress reactivity, things finally started making sense.

I deepened my training in perimenopause support, expanded my trauma-informed work, completed my Registered Herbalist designation, and rebuilt the way I supported myself and my clients. I slowed down. I focused on safety, consistency, and support that actually worked for this phase of life.

As I did, my anxiety eased. My focus returned. I felt calmer, clearer, and more grounded than I ever had before.

Today, I work with high-functioning women in their late 30s and 40s who are overwhelmed by anxiety they can’t explain. Women who look capable on the outside but feel scattered, wired, and off on the inside.

My work is about helping you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, without overwhelm or pressure. I focus on clarity, structure, and support that fits your real life, not a perfect one.

Your body is not your enemy.
It doesn’t need to be fixed.

It needs support, safety, and care through the inevitable shifts of life.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
