I show busy professional women over 35 how to reduce anxiety so they can focus, stop overthinking, and feel like themselves again.
I know what it’s like to live with anxiety running the show — the constant overthinking, the sleepless nights, the energy crashes that make it impossible to focus or feel like yourself. For years, I tried to control it with diets, exercise, and rigid routines. I looked like I had it all together, but inside I was anxious, scattered, and exhausted.
In my late 20s, I went back to school and became a Holistic Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist. For a while, it felt like I had found the answer — my anxiety eased, my energy came back, and I thought I had it figured out. But eventually, wellness became another performance. And after my divorce at 35, everything unraveled. My nervous system collapsed, and the things that once worked completely stopped working.
That’s when I realized my body didn’t need more control — it needed safety. I deepened my training as a trauma-informed women’s health coach and perimenopause specialist, and I began practicing what I had once only taught: supporting my nervous system and hormones, slowing down, and creating steadier rhythms that actually worked in this new phase of life.
As I did, my anxiety lifted, my focus returned, and I felt calmer, stronger, and more grounded than I ever had before.
Now, I help busy professional women over 35 who feel like they’re losing themselves to anxiety, scattered focus, and hormonal shifts. Through my program, I guide women to reduce anxiety at the root — so they can stop overthinking, regain focus, and finally feel like themselves again.
