I show busy professional women over 35 how to reduce anxiety so they can focus, stop overthinking, and feel like themselves again.
This is one-on-one support for women whose anxiety has gotten louder and harder to manage, especially in their late 30s and 40s.
You may look fine on the outside, but inside your body feels unsettled. Your thoughts feel scattered and harder to organize. Your mind doesn’t fully rest. Your energy drops faster than it used to. Things that once felt manageable now take more effort than they should.
If your symptoms feel hard to explain or don’t fully make sense, this is about getting the right support so things can start to feel clearer again.
Anxiety feels constant or unpredictable
Your thoughts feel scattered or hard to organize
You wake up tense or wired for no clear reason
Sleep is broken
Your period is irregular, heavier than before, or has disappeared
Digestion feels uncomfortable or unreliable
You feel tired but unable to truly rest
Focus slips more easily than it used to
Food feels confusing, even though you’re trying to do the right things
You’re functioning on the outside but struggling internally
You don’t need to have all of these for support to be helpful.
We look at what is actually driving your anxiety.
Your hormones. Your stress load. How you’re sleeping. How you’re eating. The daily rhythms that either support your system or keep it on high alert.
We don’t guess, and we don’t pile on more things to manage. We focus on understanding what’s happening in your body and responding in a way that fits your real life.
Nutrition and Blood Sugar
Simple, realistic food support to help stabilize energy, mood, digestion, and focus.
Herbal support
When appropriate, I use Western herbal therapeutics to support stress response, sleep, digestion, and hormonal shifts. Herbs are chosen carefully and adjusted over time.
Lab work
In some cases, we use lab testing, including hormone testing or hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), to better understand stress load and mineral patterns. Testing is optional and only used when it adds clarity.
Hormonal and cycle awareness
Understanding how your cycle or perimenopausal shifts may be influencing anxiety, sleep, and energy, and adjusting support accordingly.
Support around hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
Space to explore questions about HRT, including whether it may be a fit and how it intersects with mood, anxiety, sleep, and overall support, in collaboration with your medical provider when appropriate.
Stress and daily rhythms
Looking at how your days are structured and where your system may be staying on high alert, then making changes that are realistic and sustainable.
Ongoing guidance and check-ins
Regular sessions, space for questions between calls, and consistent support so you’re not left managing this on your own.
Nothing is added automatically. Everything is chosen intentionally.
As things start to make sense, the constant managing eases.
You wake up feeling more capable of handling the day ahead.
You can focus at work without constantly second-guessing yourself.
You say yes to plans without worrying about how you’ll feel later.
Nights are calmer, with fewer middle-of-the-night spirals.
Little by little, you stop feeling on edge all the time and start feeling more like yourself again.
Six 45-minute sessions, spaced every two weeks over 12 weeks
Personalized written guidance covering food, supplements, and lifestyle support
Simple, supportive recipes
Ongoing email support between sessions
You’re supported between calls so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own.
"I was diagnosed with PCOS around six years ago. I had been struggling to make lifestyle changes, and unsure what was best for my body. I reached out to Carley for help, because I was interested in how a holistic approach could help me. When diagnosed, I had a few doctors tell me that I wasn’t going to be under 200lbs, or that I was always going to have bad skin. Or that there wasn’t any other option for hormonal treatment. Since working with Carley, I’ve been able to turn a lot of these wrongful diagnoses around. We’re even working on balancing my hormones to positively impact my mental health! Carley’s approach is different than anything I had tried in the past. I’m so thankful for her being an empathetic guide, and making my life so much more vivid!”

"Carley is more than a nutritionist. She's an all-around support system when it comes to not just food, but exercise, physical and mental well-being. She genuinely cares about each of her clients' individual needs and provides detailed meal plans, recipes, and guidelines to follow. I was recommended by a friend to use Carley's services, and I'm so glad I did."
