This superfood chocolate bark is the perfect delicious healthy treat. Its loaded with healthy fats, nuts, seeds and antioxidants.

The special ingredient I added was Organic MCT Powder. MCT's (medium-chain triglyceride) are a form of digestible fatty acids that quickly convert to ketones, giving the brain, muscles and other tissues fast and sustained energy. 

I have a really sensitive stomach and MCT oil doesn’t always agree with me. I love this organic MCT Powder because it’s gentle on the digestive system and doesn’t bother my stomach. It also contains 3g of fiber from prebiotic fiber, keeping your gut happy and healthy.

Serves 4   Total Time: 45 minutes

  • 2 cups 70% dark chocolate

  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped (or any other nut)

  • 1 tbsp goji berries

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tablespoons hemp hearts I love Manitoba Harvest

  • 1 scoop of MCT Powder (optional)

Note: Play around with the flavours and combinations. I like to add a Tbs of cacao butter, nut butter or rose petals if I’m feeling fancy. These are all optional but great additions.



  1. Pour the dark chocolate chips into a bowl. Fill a small pot halfway with water and bring to a boil.

  2. Lower the heat to medium and place the bowl on top of the pot of water (*the bowl should be slightly larger than the pot, so the bottom of the bowl sits just on top of the pot)

  3. Use a spatula and stir the chocolate until completely melted. Stir in MCT powder and remove from heat.

  4. Line a pan with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate into the pan. Spread the chocolate into a large rectangle using the spatula.

  5. Sprinkle the nuts, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and any other toppings you desire.

  6. Place in the freezer to cool for 30 minutes.

  7. Break the bark into pieces. Enjoy!!
